What It Is
The CEO Advisory program is an elite-level, executive counseling service, designed to provide CEOs and other top-level executives with priority access to Bluestone expertise as they they tackle high-pressure, mission-critical moments. We provide expert, direct, discrete insight and advice, resulting in better decisions and execution. The CEO Advisory Program is ideal for leaders new to their role, facing times of transition, or working with limited or junior communications staff.
Ways We Support
Every CEO Advisory client uses our support differently. Past advisory services have included preparing the CEO for Board meetings, media interviews, Investor Days, panel discussions, presentations and speeches, or help communicating the vision to the team. On occasion, leaders request our support for more personal projects like eulogies and wedding toasts. Whatever the need, we ensure they can deliver when it matters most to them.
How It Works
Each program is customized, but in most cases, we secure a monthly retainer to provide:
First-in-line access to Christina McKenna or another Bluestone advisor of your choosing.
Typically 10 hours of expert assistance per month.
Most engagements include a standing weekly meeting to ensure alignment and continuous progress on initiatives critical to their vision.
